INTERNATIONAL DRIVE’S I-RIDE TROLLEY

I-Ride Trolleys are the fun way to get around the International Drive Resort Area – Orlando’s Most Dynamic Destination! The Rosen Centre® Hotel is giving attendees two free I-Ride Trolley tickets that will be in your registration packets. I-Ride Trolley runs daily from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM. It’s convenient, economical, and fun! Stops are situated up and down the main thoroughfares and trolleys come along every 20 minutes or so. AIRPORT INFORMATION

Orlando International Airport (MCO) has more than 35 airlines, providing non-stop service to Orlando from over 150 destinations worldwide. The airport is 12 miles or 17 minutes from The Rosen Centre® Hotel.

Sanford International Airport (SFB) is located in Orlando North – Seminole County about 27 miles from the Rosen Centre® Hotel. Airlines serving Orlando Sanford are Allegiant, TUI and ViaAir.

TRANSPORTATION TO HOTELS

Although currently active, Orlando’s premier transportation service, Mears Connect’s airport shuttles are being discontinued starting in January. However, Mears offers taxis and luxury sedans to and from the airport. Go to https://www.mearstransportation.com/ to reserve or call 417-839-1570. There are other shuttle services available, but currently a luxury sedan through Mears is less expensive that a shared shuttle service.

Taxis are located on both the A-Side and B-Side of the terminal in the center of the Arrivals Level (Level 2). Approximate rates to The Rosen Centre® Hotel are $35-$45.

Uber, Lyft, and Wingz will meet riders at the ends of the Arrivals curb on Level 2.

WEATHER AND DRESS

Sunshine and warm temperatures are hallmarks of an Orlando vacation, but keep in mind that afternoon rain is common during summer months. Expect daytime highs around 69° F (21° F) and nighttime temperatures of 59° F (15.2C). The dress for the entire meeting is business casual. The Friday night networking dinner is casual.
