NAICC’S COMMITMENT TO HEALTH AND SAFETY

NAICC will adhere to all official government and local authority guidance, as well as any Omni Nashville Hotel guidelines/regulations. NAICC will continue to monitor the evolving situation and guidelines and update participants as the meeting date approaches. We urge all participants to review the website from time to time to get updates on event requirements with respect to the evolving COVID situation. NAICC will endeavor to update attendees as new information becomes available but keeping up with local authority and/or Omni Nashville Hotel guidelines/regulations is the responsibility of meeting participants.

If the 2023 NAICC Annual Meeting & AG PRO EXPO should be canceled as an in-person meeting, all registration fees paid will be refunded. You are responsible for travel refunds. Hotel cancellation polices will apply and will be communicated to the attendees.

OMNI NASHVILLE HOTEL’S COMMITMENT

The Omni Safe & Clean initiative follows the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and each individual Omni location will adhere to local and/or federal mandates. Associates conduct daily health screening, including temperature checks; Frequent sanitation of all associate common areas; Thorough re-training on proper hygiene and best practices; Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

ATTENDEE LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Each participant is responsible for his/her own safety and protection. NAICC cannot and does not guarantee specific risk levels for event activities. Before participating in any event, it is important for each person to consider his/her own personal risks and the risks each person may pose to other attendees, the staff, and other persons in the host forum. Attendees must accept liability and assumption of risk to voluntarily attend the meeting. Below is a copy of the waiver you will be asked to sign when you register.

ATTENDEE LIABILITY WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Attendees, and all persons in their party (hereinafter referred to as “attendees”), assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that attendee may experience or incur in connection with attending activities associated with the 2023 NAICC ANNUAL MEETING & AG PRO EXPO in Nashville, TN. Attendees hereby release, covenants not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the NATIONAL ALLIANCE OF INDEPENDENT CROP CONSULTANTS, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.

Specifically relating to the global COVID-19 pandemic, attendees acknowledge the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk of exposure or infection by attending activities associated with the 2023 NAICC ANNUAL MEETING & AG PRO EXPO in Nashville, TN, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, disability, and/or death to attendee. Attendees understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while participating in activities associated with the 2023 NAICC ANNUAL MEETING & AG PRO EXPO in Nashville, TN may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of others who may attend or may be present at the event or their families, colleagues, or others with whom they may have contact. Accordingly, attendees understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the NATIONAL ALLIANCE OF INDEPENDENT CROP CONSULTANTS, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in activities associated with the 2023 NAICC ANNUAL MEETING & AG PRO EXPO in Nashville, TN.

In addition to all other rules and regulations relating to the attendees’ attendance and participation with the activities associated with the 2023 NAICC ANNUAL MEETING & AG PRO EXPO in Nashville, TN, attendees agree to comply with all COVID-related procedures that may be implemented by local governmental authorities, the NATIONAL ALLIANCE OF INDEPENDENT CROP CONSULTANTS, and/or Omni Nashville Hotel, including, but not limited to, mask-wearing and social distancing requirements and restrictions on certain activities that carry higher COVID-related risk, in order to protect as much as possible the health and safety of all attendees participating in activities associated with the 2023 NAICC ANNUAL MEETING & AG PRO EXPO in Nashville, TN.
