AIRPORT AND DRIVING INFORMATION

The Nashville International Airport (BNA) serves 17 airlines with an average of 238 daily departures to 88 destinations. The airport is 8 miles or 29 minutes from the Omni Nashville Hotel.

Nashville, TN is one of only six cities at the convergence of three major interstate highways, I-40, I-65 and I 24.

TRANSPORTATION TO HOTELS

Taxi Service: There is a flat rate of $25 to the downtown area, plus an additional passenger charge of $1 when the accompanying passenger and the original passenger are proceeding to same destination.

Ride Share: Uber and Lyft service BNA airport and range from $18-$55 one way. The pickup location at BNA is on Level 1 of the Ground Transportation Center. Look for signs that say “Ride App Pickup.”

Local Shuttle Service: Approximately $20 per person; 24-hour service is available.

MTA Bus: The MTA Bus is a convenient and inexpensive way to travel to and from the Nashville International Airport and downtown Music City. You can ride the Nashville MTA’s route 18 Airport/Elm Hill Pike bus between the Nashville International Airport and Downtown Music City. The cost is only $2 each way for adults, $1 for youth (age 19 and younger), seniors (age 65 and older), and people with disabilities. WEATHER AND DRESS

Even in the colder months the fun doesn’t stop in the Music City. Expect daytime highs around 47° F (6° C) and nighttime temperatures of 30° F (-8° C). The dress for the entire meeting is business casual. In honor of our 2022 President Grant McMillan of Abbottsford, British Columbia, the Friday night networking dinner dress code is Canadian Tuxedo (denim pants, denim shirt and denim vest). Cowboy hat and boots are optional!
