WEATHER AND DRESS

Boasting consistently mild and sunny weather, Monterey County is an easy journey to pack for — just keep in mind it’s all about layers. Remember to pack a jacket as January or February, the coolest — and often the wettest — months of the year. Daytime temperatures in January average 44°-58° F. The dress for the entire meeting is business casual. The Friday night networking dinner is casual.
